No, you’re never stuck in a contract with ProHomes. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Does it matter what type of unit I use ProHomes with?

Not to us. ProHomes is universal in its appeal and functionality, so it doesn’t matter whether you have a single family unit, a multi-family unit, a vacation rental, etc. The only limit to ProHomes is your imagination.

How do I get current tenants to use my ProHomes numbers when they already know my personal number?

We recommend letting your tenants know that if they call your ProHomes numbers, you’ll have a greater ability to help them with any maintenance requests, as well as provide better documentation. We’ve found that tenants feel especially relieved when they are given a guaranteed way to ask for help where they don’t have to feel like they are interrupting your schedule.

Can I use ProHomes if I already have a Property Manager?

YES! There are several great reasons to use ProHomes alongside a PM. You can switch PM’s without bothering your tenants, you can stay notified of your PM’s activity, and you can easily self-manage without letting your tenants push you around.

Does ProHomes provide guidance as to what I can legally say or do as a landlord?

No. We provide a self-help communication platform designed to streamline how landlords and managers conduct their business. Users are responsible to research and comply with the laws, rules and licenses in their units’ jurisdiction.

Does ProHomes provide any training?

YES! Our Client Support team is always available to teach you how you can make the most of the ProHomes tool and maximize its potential, both during your trial and when you become a client.
