The True Cost of Ducking a Tenant Service Request

No news from your tenant is always good news, right? Wrong. If one of our tenants has a maintenance issue, and we do not hear from them, this is definitely bad news. Long periods of silence should always prompt us to pay a visit to our property and our tenant.

Additionally, if your tenant takes the time to call and it takes you a while to get back to them, they will become frustrated. Not reaching out to your tenant right away could prove to be costly on so many different levels.
